計劃簡介 Introduction
「同行‧踢出未來計劃」是一個致力於社區關懷的項目，透過青少年喜愛的足球活動，關懷並培育本地少數族裔兒童及青少年。我們深信，體育可以轉化生命，信仰可以指引方向。
"Together for Tomorrow" is a community care project using football to mentor local ethnic minority youth. We believe sports can transform lives and faith can guide the way.
社區現況Community Status
油尖旺區少數族裔比例已升至 17.2%。非華裔青少年的焦慮與抑鬱傾向較華裔同齡人高出 30%，迫切需要正向平台引導。
EM population in YTM has reached 17.2%. EM youth face 30% higher anxiety/depression rates than local peers, requiring urgent positive guidance.
教會角色Church's Role
New Life Church Hong Kong 長期深耕佐敦，透過「Warriors 足球隊」建立橋樑，提供學業、品格與信仰的全人關顧。
New Life Church HK has long served Jordan, building bridges through "Warriors FC" to provide holistic academic, character, and faith-based care.

「Z 曾經常在公園遊蕩，影響他人參與不良行為。自從加入 Warriors 足球隊後，他每天來教會做功課，學業顯著進步，去年更獲得油尖旺飛躍進步中文獎。」 "Z used to loiter in parks leading others into trouble. After joining Warriors, he studies at church daily and won the YTM Chinese Improvement Award last year."
從受助者到帶領者 From Beneficiary to Mentor
